A key element to any successful training program is connecting practice and performance. With the use of video technology, you can now bring any game directly to us. Simply upload your video through our drop box link and an elite CGD coach will assess you game play. Each assessment is followed up by a personal phone call to ensure clear, proper feedback and coaching.

 

Upload up to 45 minutes of reviewable footage. It does not have to be of the same game. We recommend you take or edit footage of only defensive zone play or better yet chances on goal. This will result in a superior assessment of your performance. Once you video is set. Simply purchase a game review and click on the CGD Dropbox below. You will be invited to upload your video with us through the Dropbox application. All reviews will be done within 1 week (7 days). A phone meeting will be scheduled that suits both goalie, family and coach.
