
Our signature pro curriculum has evolved from creating training programs for our most elite goalies. We've systematically structured our training plan into 20 individual sessions. Sessions can be schedules over 20 weeks, 10 weeks or a tailored schedule.

Sessions 6-8 - POST PLAY FUNDAMENTALS

7. Post-play butterfly stage 1 - getting comfortable

Session 9 - PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Session13-14 - LATERAL SAVE EXECUTION

Session 15-16 - DEAD ANGLE ATTEMPTS

Junior Mentorship Program
New
We have had the opportunity over the last decade to not only coach talented goaltenders but some incredible people. We wanted to create a program where our veteran CGD goalies can be positive role models and influencers for our younger clients. In parallel to the 20 Session Pro Plan CGD mentors will provide leadership and guidance with the following;
Weekly communication and contact
On-ice instruction
1 paired on ice semi-private training session
Off-ice guidance and motivation
Monthly paired off ice training
4 video coaching sessions
Mindset training with Coaching2Connect
All programming and communication will be designed and overseen by CGD coaches. An additional $250 will be added to the 20 Session Pro Program for the "Junior Mentorship" option. Some clients may already have formed a relationship with some of our Junior coaches from past camps and programs. If you wish you can identify up to 3 coaches you would prefer to work with. We will do our best to match you with your selection.
